    I customized three of the templates in Woocommerce Email Customizer, but when I receive test email orders some of the changes are not showing up. My logo is a “?” and I added two additional blocks to the template that are missing. Hope you can help.

    Alina,

    Yes I did enable them. When I did that the email that I would Get as a new order came as text only in a long string. Doesn’t look anything like the template. I also figured out that a test order was triggering YayMail to use the Order Complete template and NOT the New Order template that I customized.

    None of the images are showing up in the emails. Neither logo or social media icons.

    Yes. Here are all the screenshots with explainations.

    This is what the new orders used to look like.

    This is what it is looking like now and I have to keep scrolling to see the entire order.

    Here is the top of the invoice when a customer gets it–NO LOGO

    And the bottom–No social icons

    It looks like the template you edited and saved and seemingly want to test is “New Order”.

    But the second screenshot is showing one that looks like “Order Completed” template.

    Please be aware that the “New Order” template is sent to the Admin email, so when placing a live order, you need to check the website Admin emails set this way:
