Emails & sponsors archive not working

  • Hello, I want to create a sponsor functionality on my elementor website and even though I did the set up when I submit a request for a sponsorship there isn’t an email (not even in the spam) from where me as an admin can accept the request nor the sponsor can get a payment link or something.
    Also apart from that the sponsors archive is not working. I get e message “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page” but it should be created automatically I think since the page wasn’t before I installed the plugin.
    Any ideas?
