Emails stopped.

I’m using the free version of appointments. When I updated wordpress to 4.3.1 my service providers stopped getting notifications of appointments. As the site admin, I still get notifications, but nobody else does. And in the settings of the plugin, it says: “Admin and service provider will also get a copy as separate emails.” (I have this box checked “yes”). Has this featured been removed? I noticed that in my wordpress user settings that there is a spot to add an Appointments+ email address. But it won’t let me type in the box. It’s somehow disabled. Thanks for the help!
