Emails taking a very long time to be received

  • Dear MailPoet,

    I’ve suddenly started having to wait several hours in some cases to receive emails for newsletter previews sent with MailPoet Sending Service. I’m sending the emails to a branded address I have with Google workspace. The System Status page says the task scheduler and connection to the Sending Service are successful, so I don’t know what the problem is. How might we move forward with this?

    Hi @kthoven ,

    Thanks for sending the System Info. I don’t see anything wrong apparently. However, it could be that your task scheduler is not running so often and delaying triggering the emails.

    Would you please set up a server side cron and see if that sorts the issue?
