Emails Work For Normal Posts but not custom post types / taxonomies?

    Hi great plugin but I have an email issue with custom post types and taxonomies.

    I am using the latest version of the plugin on the latest version of wordpress using the standard Twenty Fourteen theme which is up to date.

    The emails worked fine to send out notifications when standard posts where added but do not work for custom post types and taxonomies.

    I have set everything up and am able to select a taxonomy from a custom post type within the subscribers dashboard for the notifications that they wish to receive. The only problem is that no email is sent when a new custom post with the taxonomy assigned is added to the site.
