Embed a blog?

So i have a website that i am doing and I would liek to figure oput how to put a blog o nthe first page. here is the url for now….. gianstone.com/only/news.html in that big white area there, I would liek to instert a blog. I already have alll my wordpress documents and whatever, and a somewhat developed theme but I dont know how to get this blg in this white space. Do I have to make changes to my style sheet, do I link something? What do I do? Thanks
