Unfortunately that’s not possible, at least not directly, because the form requires check the captcha, generate the JS resources, etc., however, you can include the form in a different domain using <iframes>, but of course, you need load only the form, and not the rest of sections of the website, a possible solution would be create a custom template file in the theme active in your website to be used with only a specific page of website, the webpage that will include the form and will be loaded with the iframe tag in the external domain.
