Embed Code not working

    I have attempted to republish an article and have been sent the embed code, however, no matter what I do, I am stuck with simply the first few words of the article, followed by a “MORE” line in my display text.

    That “more” line doesn’t even show up on the actual published post…

    So, what do I do at this point? I have checked the Troubleshooting section, no help there, I have tried everything I can think of as well – nothing seems to work.

    What’s the trick to this?

  • Thanks for alerting us, and our apologies for not responding to your question. Can you provide the URL for your site so we can investigate from our end? Also, which version of WordPress are you using, as well as which theme?

    The embed code works in virtually every instance and with any CMS, so there should not be any ‘trick’ needed.

    Thanks for the response. It turns out it was my ad blocker software interfering with the embedding. By disabling the adblocker, the problem solved itself.
