• Hi everyone, I’m writing because I haven’t been able to identify the problem for several days. I’ve inserted the iframe of my Google Calendar booking page into my WordPress site. Within the Elementor designer, the visualization is correct, but when the page is published, that loading icon appears in the iframe. I’ve tried inserting the code into other sites like Framer or Webflow, and this problem doesn’t occur. Could you help me? Please note that I’m not a developer, so some things will be difficult for me to implement. Thanks.

    Hi @diegoaptus

Thank you for contacting Elementor Support. I checked your page and noticed there are CORS errors in the console related to the booking calendar:

Please check the screenshot. Please ask your hosting company to modify the server’s CORS policy and see if that will help.

In the meantime, I tried to make a booking, which worked for me. I also received an email notification, which I used to cancel the booking and reopen the time slot.

    I hope this helps.
    Kind regards!

    hi @nemanjat,
thanks for your help. i know the widget works fine but the experience for the users isn’t so smooth with that loader. That one you describe, is it the only solution?

    Hi there,

Thank you for contacting me again.

Unfortunately, this is the only solution; Only your hosting company can resolve the CORS issue.

Finally, I would like to apologize for not being able to provide this particular solution at the moment. I hope for your understanding.

I wish you all the best, and have a great day!

    Kind regards,
