Embed links do not work – Limitation of free Version or not using the PA-API?

  • Hi,

    I use the free version and have about 25 products (amazon.de) added to my site via the oEmbed feature. I don’t use the PA-API because I haven’t generated enough sales yet.

    My question is, is there a limit to how many products I can add via Embed with the free version?

    Because only about half of the products work, even though they are all still available on Amazon.

    It looks to me like a limit from the server side, as if only so 10, 12 products a day? are possible or can be embedded with the free Version / without the PA-API?

    Hi,

    You should be able to use the oEmbed functionality without PA-API keys. And there is no restriction from the plugin side.

    I’m not sure why you have some products which cannot be displayed. Please make sure that the ASIN is included in the pasted URL.

    I just tested and embedded 15 products from the German locale and they appeared without issues.

    I cannot tell what causes the problem you are having with the given information. Please keep an eye on this issue and report back when you find something new.
