embed not working

I am have trouble getting an embed to work. I am trying to display data from a weather station. I did this before a few years ago on a different website and older version of WP. I had no trouble before.

I am no expert with code. Just trying to get the block to work. The URL form does work on its own you can see if you c&p inti a browser
