Embed not working in Toggle

I’ve been struggling with for a few days now. I have a template page, edited through elementor, in which I put a toggle on the page and inserted an embed code from survey monkey in the text portion of the toggle content. I’ve done this before and it worked awesome. This time the survey monkey form shows up in the toggle when I preview the page, but when I publish and go to the live website it won’t show up. I have another toggle on a different template that I did the same thing with and it is working just fine. Anyone have this problem?
I have waited, reloaded the page, deleted the code and reinserted it, and made a new code. Nothing worked.
As you can see on the main live page where these are going, the tab that says virtual programs, registration, the form shows up, but if you go to the steam ahead homeschool tab and click that registration toggle it doesn’t come up. It only displays the text I put under the code to get to the form another way.
I am using WordPress.com and I already checked with their customer service and they said it looks all good and it was very strange.
