embed.tawk.to failed gtmetrix

    Hi,

    I love your live chat. Unfortunately, I have an issue. When I run a GTmetrix report I get the error failed on url: embed.tawk.to. It also takes a lot of time.

    How can i solve this issue?

    I contact Tawk on is website and got the following answer:

    “It is expected to see tawk.to causing errors when running tests on GTMetrix because we block crawlers. The widget will simply not load in speed tests because the tests depend on crawling, and we do not allow crawlers to access the widget code. This is why the widget failed to load. Because the tawk.to widget does not load until after your website is fully loaded, your page load speed will not be affected by having a tawk.to widget on your site. It loads asynchronously.
