Embed the Arenski font to my wp

Hi,

How to embed the font Arenski into my wp and what family is it, just to categories it?

Please note: I would not like to touch the wp files as (One.) I will mess it up (Two.) I do not know exact place to put it.

I sometime work by show once or twice and then I’ll remember, so please pictures.

And also the Arenski is not recognise in wp google font or Squirrel font.
Again, find the easy way to embed the font instead going to wp file.
