• I’m not sure if this is WordPress or theme related. But we have around 30 blog posts on this site where there is an “/embed/” version of the page.

    For example:

The actual blog post might be at: https://www.domain/blog-post/ and there is also the version https://www.domain/blog-post/embed/ which has a larger version of the image, links to comments. It’s really strange.

The issue is that the /embed/ version has a canonical link to the actual page, but the /embed/version is being noindexed. That’s not a good combination.

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
