Embed video not working in comments

After reading this article: https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2009/05/07/youtube-polls-comments/ I’ve been trying to get youtube videos to work when embedded into a comment. No matter what I do it just won’t work – all I get is a clickable link to the youtube video.

Anybody else have this problem and resolved it?
