I was thinking either on the right of the header image, or is it possible to embed a video on one of the service section buttons instead of an image ? If not probably between the 4 service buttons and the start of the blog.

I was hoping it may be a straight forward fix, but lets drop the video in service if that is a major thing to do. This would be my preferred option https://prntscr.com/maes3w but if the video in the header is also doable without too much trouble that would be great option to have also https://prntscr.com/maet6j

To add video in header right side and in service section on the required lots lots of core code customisation layout changes.Beyond the scope of theme support.
But if you want to show your video in latest new section in the place of featured image just like the attached screen shot https://prnt.sc/maes3w Sure we will help you to add the video on the place of image.

This will allow you to all video on the place of featured image.
