Embed works but links within it are broken

The theme we have doesn’t seem to like the URL structure for links that are within an embedded wiki page. When it tries to call https://ourdomain.com/?wikiembed-url=XXX the user is just directed back to the homepage. Since the original page that is an embedded wiki is ourdomain.com/support if I add /support into that url structure it loads the link properly. How can I force the plugin to maintain /support in the link structure when navigating to links within a wiki embed?
