• I cannot find a way to resize YouTube videos in posts, to prevent them taking up the whole width of the main post area. I have searched online and have tried using both the ‘iframe’ and ’embed’ methods, in both cases specifying height and width; I have also tried adding ‘additional CSS’ to specify the sizes in what I think are the appropriate CSS classes – but nothing seems to effect the displayed size.

Can anybody please help me do it?

    Hey @earthdoctor,

    thanks for choosing Bento!

Embedded videos are 100% wide by design in the theme – this is part of the built-in script for making sure the videos scale seamlessly on smaller screens. There’s no admin switch to turn it off at the moment, but we will add this as a potential feature to our backlog. In case you wish to try deactivating it manually, you’ll need to dequeue the script with the jquery-fitvids using a child theme.

    Sincerely,
    Andrii / Satori Studio
