Embedded dynamic post and sub sections within pages

  • I am searching for a plug-in or code that will allow me to insert 4 sections into a page, and within each section it would reflect a page preview and two or three recent or latest posts or articles.

    THe key is that I want it to also be able to dynamically update each little section as new posts and articles are submitted to show latest page/posts and articles.

    Any comment or help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.
