    I have an embedded form using the short code on my various landing pages to sign up for my email newsletter. Shows up fine on desktop but I don’t see it on mobile. Please help! Not sure how long it’s been doing this.

    Update: Still not working. I tried taking out the shortcode and adding it as a gutenberg block. Still looks fine on desktop but doesn’t appear on mobile.

    We are investigating this issue. Could you please just confirm your MailerLite account’s name?

    Hi @tghuguenin, we’ve been checking this case and so far we can see the form working normally on the mobile version when we check your website page, could you share more details like the browser used and just double-checking, is this the page where the form is embedded https://tghuguenin.com/antique-bed/?
    Also, we suggest to clear the cache and then check again, if possible.

    Hi @anchoredmeditation, are you facing the same issue with one of your embedded forms? If so, could you share details with us about the account, website page, and browser?

    Thank you,

    Hi, no, the problem I’m running into is that in the WP Dashboard, when I go to try and import a popup form I created in MailerLite, the radio button for Forms created in MailerLite is greyed out and I can’t import my pop-up form at all. I thought that perhaps the solution for @tghuguenin might give some ideas how to troubleshoot.

    apologies, I forgot to update this. The form works fine. Problem was with my mobile browser. I use the DuckDuckGo browser which blocks a lot of things for privacy reasons. I had forgotten to test it in other browsers. Works fine in Safari and I assume is only a problem with DuckDuckGo. Thanks!

    @tghuguenin, thanks for the update.
