I have troubles with displaying my embedded Instagram posts properly when using mobile devices – e.g. https://snipboard.io/xPVfs2.jpg –> most of the post is cut off so that you only see the first quarter of the Instagram post. It works on the desktop version, though. Could anyone help me solve this issue?

Thanks a lot for your support.

    Hey @michailschuch,

Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. On your site, when the website is loaded in a specific width there seems to be no issue, this does seem to be an issue when resizing the width of the page. This is caused by the Complianz plugin which seems to block certain content before user consent, however some classes are changed and the height property of the iFrame element are removed upon resizing the browser. You can test temporarily disabling Complianz to see if this is the correct issue here, then you should reach out to their customer support to help you in not having this issue. While we can force a height to always be on our wrapper element, it will not always look correct. Let me know if you would like to ‘brute force’ this solution instead.

    Best regards.

Thank you Joel – I deactivated Complianz and this really seems to cause the problem – thanks for the tip! I have contacted the Complianz team regarding this issue and will let you know as soon as there is an answer – if no solution can be found, I will gladly come back to your offer using ‘brute force’.

    Thanks a lot for now!
