Embedded Instragram posts not showing

  • Dear community

    Has anyone faced this issue where the embedded Instagram posts don’t display?

    On our site, the Instagram posts look like this with the legend ‘View this post on Instagram’:

    We’ve inserted an Instagram post in a fresh WordPress installation using a default theme and no plugins and got the same results. :/

    Do you know what could be the problem?

  • I don’t know jack about Instagram… but when I click the “View this post on Instagram” link on your page, instead of seeing the photo right away, I’m asked to login.

    So perhaps the Instagram photo in question is NOT set to display publicly? (I don’t know anything about Instagram’s permissions though.)

    Could be true what you suggest. However, I tried clicking the “View this post on Instagram” in private mode and the posts are visible on Instagram no need to be logged in (just a login prompt at the bottom but you can see the post anyway).
