Embedded video always full width…

Hi everyone, I really need help with this. The Youtube embeds are too large and I think the theme keeps overriding any setting to make the video frames smaller.

How can I change this? I still want a full-width page but I want containers or elements that I choose to be no full-width to actually not be full width.
