Embedded videos from Google Drive will not play

    When I create a course, i want to embed a video from Google Drive. It will pre-load fine, but when i click “play” from the student′s interface, it will not play.

    Hello! Im using “insert / edit multimedia” and input the code “<iframe… etc etc etc”. I can see the preview but it wouldn′t play, showing the error (in spanish) “Se produjo un error. Vuelve a intentarlo más tarde.”

    We tested this from our side and it seems to be working fine. Please check your drive videos permission, if the videos are private or not shared with anyone then it might have caused an issue.

    Permissions are fine. I will try with my server′s support in case there is something blocking it, so then I can leave this matter closed for future references.
