Embedded videos not displaying on page

    I am building a wordpress site related to a rare disease that I have. On one page, I am listing a number of videos related to the disease. In total, there are 34 videos. I have the videos embedded into the page and I’m using the <summary> and <details> tags to hide the videos until the user clicks the summary link. The issue I’m having is that the videos often don’t load, even after clicking the summary link. I’m new to wordpress and not sure if this is a wordpress issue or if it’s caused because there’s so many videos…or both. Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be and how I might fix it?   • Hi @jplank, I have ran checks on the webpage you need help with and i can’t seem to find any problems there. If you have a cahe plugin installed on your WordPress site, i’d advise you to purge all caches, wait for few moments and recheck on the page again.

    Thanks – you’re correct, the issue is no longer there. I managed to get help elsewhere. For some reason, when using the [embed] tags, the videos were embedded in a 0 x 0 frame. I ended up using the html embedding code directly from the Youtube page and it fixed the issue.
