Embedding an external page in a post??

Hello, everyone.

I’m running a WP site for making a student petition online.
It’s a student organization of sorts.
Our petition has appeared in some local newspapers and we want to show these articles in our posts.

I’ve seen some WP websites that include information found in other websites, and there’s a link under the story that says “source” or “originally” or something like that.
I need to include those ‘whole text news articles’ in my website with no alteration, and obviously with the correct quoting and linking to the original article, due to copyright. The reason for this is that I don’t want to “make my own comments” on those stories, but rather show “what’s been on the news” as it comes up, unaltered, everyone in a new post with its corresponding link to the story.
I think what I’m talking about would be something like embedding an external page in a post.

Is there a plugin for this??
Or should I just copy and paste (at least part of) the article and provide a link??
In these circumstances, and given my simple ‘information’ purpose, is this even a legal thing to do??
