Hi,

I am trying to embed a Canadahelps custom donations form to our website; elementor has been used to design the website to my knowledge.

I have followed the procedure given in:

with only difference being that I use Custom HTML widget of elementor. The result has been that I am able to see the embedded donations form when I login as admin. However, when I visit the website, I am not able to see the embedded form within the webpage.

Any help or support is appreciated.

Hi,
Sometimes there is a plugin for security that can prevent the form from showing, try disabling it if you do have one.

Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.4.1 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.

I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users toghether and share knowledge, my.elementor.com.

www.ads-software.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

Thank you for the response and the information, I will carry on with the links you have provided.

I am a newbie to WordPress and to this forum. Hence, I was not fully aware of the rules and the policies regarding the commercial plugins/products.
