• Hi there,

I am new to WordPress, and I am having problems in embedding a customizable donation form from Canadahelps. I have followed the instructions available on the Canadahelps support site, including installing the Canadahelps plugin. The webpage to which the Canadahelps form embedded is working fine when I login as admin and view that page. However, I am not able to see the Canadahelps form in the same webpage when I logout and visit the website. What am I missing here?

I would be appreciate any help or support.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

2-I see you are also using Elementor Page Builder

where did you try to install the shortcode for canadahelps?
    page, post, widget area etc.

Thank you so much for the response, which I appreciate. I will create a topic on each of the forums you have mentioned. I will hopefully be able to fix this soon.

In my initial attempt, I tried to follow the instructions below:

    https://charityhelp.canadahelps.org/en/articles/embedding-your-donation-form-on-wordpress/

In the above tutorial, the only slight modification I applied was to choose editing by elementor, then I dragged and dropped the “Custom HTML” widget in a new section within elementor. Then, I pasted the “embedded code” provided by Canadahelps to the html box.

The above procedure resulted in me being able to view the form while logged into admin console, but not being able to see when I visit the website.

Then, I removed the widget above, this time added the shortcode widget within elementor. I added the [embedcdn id=…] to the shortcode. The symptom repeated: I was able to see the form while I logged in, but it was invisible when I visit the website.

Just to elaborate more on the symptom: I have decided to modify an already published webpage, particularly the Donate Us webpage to embed the form. I was wondering if I need to do anything else than the “Publish” button of Elementor Editor to make the modifications public?
