Embedding direct YouTube URL in comments?

So, I have gotten around to hosting my own blog, however while it’s great that 2.91 automatically embed direct YouTube links in posts, is there a way that a commenter can do the same thing? Automatically embed a direct YouTube link in a comment? A lot of the plugins in the database require you to either use a short-code or rename the URL.
