Embedding .flv self hosted videos doesnt work

As title says no luck in embedding selfhosted videos in post with options that comes with ultimate tinymce.
Any tutorial for this?
I am using WP with buddypress.https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/ultimate-tinymce/
