Embedding html that gets rendered

Hello, is there anyway to include HTML that gets rendered along with the syntax highlighting? For example I want to have a red wavy line (or red squigly or whatever you call it) under some text.
As you can see in this screenshot, it works with text outside of my Crayon box, but not inside it:
I checked the settings for Crayon and I tried enabling and disabling the “Decode Html Entities” options and neither setting allowed it to work.
