Embedding self-hosted Videos on my wordpress post.

  • I want when someone clicks the button “PLAY VIDEO” the video will start playing automatically(perhaps on a new page).
    So, the thing is I want to embed self hosted video on my wordpress site.
    I tried lots of plugins, most of them have options to use youtube,vimeo or other hosts to configure not my host.

    I’m badly looking for advanced level of suggestion please.
    By the way, I’m using Optimizepress theme and Wishlist membership software there.
