Embedding Substack email sign up to WordPress site?

  • Hi everyone!

    I was wondering if anyone knows of a better way to collect email sign ups to a Substack newsletter on a wordpress site, other than using Substack’s standard embed?

    Their embed widget is pretty naff, as it includes their logo and comes with its own design. Whereas I’d like to just include a simple form field and button, ideally added into multiple places around my site.

    Note that substack doesn’t have a public API that will make it possible for 3rd-parties to integrate with their service. That’s why you don’t find any WordPress plugins that do this.
