    Hi Ben

I would like to check with you if the way I am embedding my survey monkey is correct, I have created a new page and copied the script from survey monkey into the text editor, is this correct or this there another way I should be doing it?

Thanks for creating this awesome theme.

Usually when you are adding a script to a post/page, the trick is to switch to the Text view first: https://pics.competethemes.com/473m1H3D1W3S

Once the code is pasted in, then switch back to the Visual view. You may see a gray box or something like that in place of the embedded survey, but try previewing the page and it should display properly there.

    Hi Ben

I have done as you advised, but unfortunately the survey monkey form doesn’t respond, when the site is opened on a mobile device, any ideas on what I should do there?

Could you share a link to the page with the survey?

    Thanks!

let me know if there’s anything that can be done, or should I build an PHP form in the site?

Thank you for all your help

Thanks for the link. I did a little digging into Survey Monkey’s documentation, and I think their embedded forms aren’t currently compatible with mobile devices. This page here has a notice that reads:

Website Collectors display on desktop browsers only—not on mobile devices or tablets.

    https://help.surveymonkey.com/articles/en_US/kb/Website-Collector

Is this the same type of survey embedded on your site?

    Yup same survey.

Any suggestions on a way forward, should I go with another survey option?

Yea it looks like you’ll need to switch tools to get mobile surveys. Gravity Forms is really versatile and can work well for surveys. I haven’t personally tried Poll Daddy, but it’s by Automattic so it is probably great. Lastly, I believe YOP Poll is the best-rated polling plugin on www.ads-software.com and is worth checking out.
