Embeding an external form.php into my page

  • I have a need to embed an external form into my page.

    Why I need it,
    The form has validation for phone numbers & email addresses
    and then passes off the info to leads360.com

    So from what I know I cant do internal validation and then pass the results to an external site without using some type of plugin and I cant find a form plugin that does what I need to do…
