embeds not working

testing this in my pc (easyphp + wp)
embeds from youtube are not working: the plugin inputs correctly title, tags and text and all the other stuff, but do not keep embeds.
This is happening also with similar plugins (i.e. djd-site-post, guest posts, etc)
any idea?
