EML Breaks Upload Media

  • Since updating this plugin, it has broken the “upload media” button in all posts and pages. The only way to add new media is by going to the Media Gallery itself and uploading there. This severely impedes our ability to add content to posts and pages.

  • I found a way around the problem. If you type random characters into the search box so that you get “no items found,” it also give you a “select files” button or you can drag and drop images right into that window. It’s still an extra step but it’s more efficient than uploading to the gallery and refreshing the page

    No problem. After a few weeks of doing what @veritatissplendor is/was doing, I made a typo and “tada!” the there was the button.

    I didn’t even know this issue, as I always upload images using “Media” –> “Add New” route. In the meantime, I’ll still keep this plugin although it hasn’t been updated for long. Any alternative that works in a similar way?
