Emoji in title breaks page

    Hello since upgrading to 14.0,14.0.1
    when I visit a post that has an emoji added in title the page breaks and I get a fetal error:
    E_ERROR on line 464 file: /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/vendor_prefixed/j4mie/idiorm/idiorm.php. error message: Uncaught PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1366 Incorrect string value: ‘\xF0\x9F\xA5\x9B’ for column ‘breadcrumb_title’ at row 1 in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/vendor_prefixed/j4mie/idiorm/idiorm.php:464
