Hmmm… probably not “on the fly”.

But… I could prob make another button… only for bbpress… which would insert emoticons as you requested.

Is the only editor with so many features that works properly with bbpress.
The emotions I mentioned before and the text color feature work fine when you are super administrator but not working in simple users (participants etc).
The preview feature is very helpful.

I can buy or donate if there is pro version that every feature works with bbpress plugin.

One thing I tested was the emoticons “More Popos” Regular users don’t seem to be able to post them but Admins can post them with out issues.

Emoticons isn’t on top of my list to do things but if we can have them they would be nice. ??

I had forgotten all about this.

Okay… looking at this, I’m thinking the best way would be to create another addon for emotions.. and conditionally check to see if bbpress is installed. If it is… load the new addon. If not… load the default addon.

So… I’ll need to create a new addon.

How do the emotions work in bbpress? Do they generate the emoticon based on the characters used? If so… do you have a link or reference where I can see all the available emoticons to use in bbpress?
