emperor theme archive portfolio page

Im using emporer wordpress theme on my site. I used the default portfolio sideboard on the dashboard to add portfolios of my work. My portfolios show up as a summary list on an archive page. https://www.lakewoodplantandpest.com/portfolio.
Forst off i would rather it not say archive in the title. For each of my portfolios, I assigned a category. This is not showing up. On this archive page under the title it says “in”. This is where it says the category if i compare it to my blog posts.
Id love to have my categories show up instead of it just saying “in”. Id also like to remove tge word archive and have it say portfolio. Im assumung if i just change the wording that will show up on my blog archive page too.
