• Hello,

I’m an admin for a WordPress site at work and have encountered an issue that seems isolated to a single page. All other pages are functioning as expected, and this particular page was displaying correctly until I recently noticed this problem.

The problem is that beneath the main content of the page, there’s an veryyyy long white space, requiring a lot of scrolling to reach the bottom. I have reviewed the content in the WordPress dashboard but couldn’t identify anything that would be causing this issue.

Additionally, the page has two tabs, and while the text block in the second tab appears correctly in the Edit mode, it doesn’t display any text on the live site.

Since I don’t see any issues that would cause this in the Edit mode, and also the page used to work perfectly fine until recently, is it maybe an issue with the updates/server/something in that sense?

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • It looks like you are using visual composer to build out this page. Is that correct?

If so, it’s likely specific to that plugin so is probably worth reaching out to them as they’ve likely seen this issue before.
