Empty appoinment info confirmation info

Hi!

On our website we have a page were people can book an appointment.

All the fields are mandatory, but sometimes we receive confirmation e-mails without the appointment info. All the other text we set-up is there, but the date, time, name, phone number, etc. are empty.

We’re using version 1.2.72.

Is there something we can do about this? Thanks!
