Empty Cart Issue

I just realized I have an issue with this plugin when the cart is empty.

Basically, with your plugin disabled when you hover over the cart in the top right, if empty, displays a yellow message saying your cart is empty.

When I have your plugin enabled, this message only displays properly after I add something to my cart and then remove it. By default (before anything has been added to the cart), when you hover over the cart it just drops down a white box.
