Empty cart on proceeding to checkout

I tried each fix except for PHP session support. I’m not sure where to paste the line of code shown. Can you shed some light on that for me? Thanks.

In Firefox browser, when I select “add the cart” , my cart always comes up empty. I have followed the instructions about “Empty Carts” on your website without any changes.

In Chrome when I “add to cart” it goes as I have selected in the settings of EDD> straight to checkout and shows my desired selections. Which is fine.
I need a solution to my issue in Firefox Browser.

Can you please go to Downloads > Tools > System Info and post the contents here?
