Empty Catagories

    Thank you for reaching out about this. I’m Garret from the customer success team and I’ll be happy to help with this.

    This is normal behavior for empty categories, however, I do think this is something we can improve on in the future. I’ve noted this down on our roadmap for the future.

    In the meantime, it may be a good idea to hide any empty categories. You can do this by going to Directory > Settings > Listings > Categories. From here, you can find the Hide empty categories option.
