Empty Categories not showing

  • please help i can’t see any of my empty categories on the classifieds page (where i added the shortcode) and also when someone goes to add a listing on the front end there are no empty categories to select!

    Hi,
    can you send some more details, what shortcode are you using on the page where you do not see the categories?

    It could be also helpful if you could send a link to the page where you are having this problem.

    Unfortunately i am not allowed to share the link publicly. The shortcode i am using is [adverts_categories]

    and where the user creates a listing on the front end i am using [adverts_add]
