Empty certificate and errors on IIS

Hi,
When I check “Generate a new certificate and private key for me” and update the option the certificate files (1.cet & 1.key) are created in: “C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wp-content\uploads\saml-20-single-sign-on\etc\certs\1”
Both files above are empty. When trying to authenticate with SAML i get the following error in the log: https://pastebin.com/m5dgirz6
Has anybody had similar errors?
