empty emails

  • i use contact form 7 and flamingo since many years and it always worked fine. since a few weeks every now and then i get empty emails and i have absolutely no idea why. today 3 of 4 were empty. i cant reconstruct the error, if i fill the same content into the form that i see in flamingo, the form works fine. has anyone experienced the same errors? what to do?

    Are you sure the empty mail are coming through your Contact Form 7 forms?

    hi,
    yes, i am sure. the form sends two emails, both are empty, but content is stored in flamingo.
    forms are beeing filled in on different platforms, browsers according to flamingo.
    i have actually asked the people how they filled in the form, wheter they wrote directly into the form or copy/pasted from other programm, all wrote directly into form.
    i doesnt make any sense, and it only happens sometimes, not all the times, but i cant figure out, what triggers it.

    Try deactivating all plugins other than All In One SEO Pack, Contact Form 7, Flamingo, Really Simple CAPTCHA, and Wordfence Security.

    unfortunately i cant do this, the website ist up an running and i cant test it, as not all messages are coming here empty only every now and then….
