empty Field name in import csv

I am trying to import csv files, bur the field names are blank and I do not know where I have to write what CSV Column. The only visible field names are: submit_ip, submit_time and confirm.
The field names are perfectly visible when looking at the database tho.
How should I work around this?

Edit:I tried adding the CSV colums in a way I thought it could match, but the inserted data just created its own field names with numbers.
